Mercury conducts all training design and development in accordance with the UK Ministry of Defence’s Joint Service Publication 822 – Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT). The DSAT process aims to ensure that all training courses are fit for purpose by being designed specifically with the operational role(s) in question.
