Communications Intelligence (COMINT)/Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Intercept Operator

This course addresses the underpinning knowledge and generic practical skills required of a COMINT/EW Intercept Operator. Delegates will be provided with a thorough appreciation of the principles, practices and application of COMINT/EW in modern warfare. Specifically, the practical elements of the course include receiver search and intercept skills, activity logging, locating (through Direction Finding), analysis and exploitation of information, and reporting methods.

Practical training realism is enhanced through the use of a market leading COMINT Portable Manpack System, the course will also focus on the employment of COMINT/EW assets and how best to utilise these assets in a variety of operational environments.
