Requirement:

As part of an extensive ongoing programme of equipment update and replacement, the UK MoD Defence Digital Tactical Systems Executive required additional Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) expertise to support, direct and provide assurance activities to contracted OEMs and Project Delivery Teams.

Approach:

Mercury conducted analysis, information gathering and assurance activities on behalf of the Training Requirements Authority (TRA).  These activities were completed through liaison and Project Steering Group activities with OEM and Project Delivery Teams.

Outcome:

The review and assurance of DSAT compliant Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Phase 1 and Phase 2 documentation and courseware.  The assurance of various pilot courses delivered by OEM or selected Training Delivery Partners.
