Cyber Essentials

Cyber Essentials is a UK government-backed cybersecurity certification scheme designed to help organisations protect themselves against the most common cyber threats. It is managed by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and delivered through its official partner, IASME Consortium.

Cyber Essentials Plus

Cyber Essentials Plus - Cyber Essentials Plus is the highest level of certification under the UK’s Cyber Essentials scheme, backed by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). It provides assurance that an organisation has implemented robust baseline security controls to protect against common cyber threats.

IASME Cyber Assurance Level 1

IASME Cyber Assurance Level 1 is a verified self-assessment certification designed to help organisations demonstrate their commitment to cybersecurity, data protection, and information governance. It is part of the IASME Cyber Assurance scheme.

IASME Cyber Assurance Level 2

IASME Cyber Assurance Level 2 (formerly known as IASME Governance) is an advanced cybersecurity certification designed to provide a high level of assurance that an organisation has implemented robust controls to protect its information systems, data, and operations. Level 2 is an audited certification and involves independent, on-site audit conducted by a certified assessor.

ISO9001:2015 - QMS

Mercury EW Ltd has been certified since 2018 under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) standard for the design, development and delivery of training.This accreditation is issued by a certification body that is accredited by UKAS—the United Kingdom Accreditation Service.

A UKAS-accredited ISO 9001:2015 certificate ensures that the certification body has been independently evaluated and meets rigorous standards. This adds credibility, trust, and assurance to the certification—especially important in regulated sectors like defence, aerospace, and security.

ERS – Gold Award

Mercury EW Ltd have been presented the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award. The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.

JOSCAR

JOSCAR (the Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register) is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence and security industry to act as a single repository for pre-qualification and compliance information.
