    OEM Product Training

    By Mercury Admin | OEM Case Studies | 0 comment | 21 September, 2020 | 0

    Requirement:

As part of a major product delivery programme, a UK defence company required a preferred training partner with operational EW subject matter expertise and training management experience to design, develop and deliver Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) product training courses to meet their customer training requirements.

    Approach:

Mercury conducted analysis and information gathering activities through liaison and Project Steering Group activities with the OEM to produce Performance and Training Objectives for their Man-Portable EW System. Mercury conducted Design, Development and Training Delivery activities on behalf of the OEM. Mercury have provided close liaison and subject matter expert training support in line with the product development roadmap to assure content accuracy and relevance throughout.

    Outcome:

The production of an auditable, DSAT compliant equipment training package has been accepted by the customer and training delivery activities have been conducted within the customer’s training facilities and to their wider defence industry customers since 2013 to the present date.
